Terms & Conditions

• Tour departure time: The tour starts at 06:00 hrs, with pick-up occurring 2 hours prior.
• Duration: Approximately 6 hours
• Languages: English
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the service date (local time). After this, the full amount will be charged.
• Age requirements: Passengers must be between 5 and 70 years old. Children under 5 years and adults over 70 years are not permitted to fly.
• Weight limit: The maximum weight for any passenger is 120 kg. If this limit is exceeded, two tickets must be purchased. If the additional overweight charge is not paid on-site, an invoice for the extra cost will be issued to the company.
