My Dubai Modern City Tour by Gray Line is one of the best tours I have experienced so far. The tour guide, Mr. Rafiq, is very approachable and responsive to my chats/inquiries about the tour. He did well in touring us in The Palm, Dubai Marina, and Dubai Mall.
